Mike Weilmuenster obtained a confidential settlement on behalf of a high school student whose vehicle was struck head on by a dump truck which crossed over into his lane of traffic on a rural highway in southern Illinois.

Mike Weilmuenster negotiated and obtained a confidential settlement on behalf of a woman who sustained debilitating injuries when she fell on a defective floor mat at a McDonald’s located in central Illinois.  Getting the matter resolved in a timely fashion can now allow this woman to concentrate on her rehabilitation.

Mike Weilmuenster recovered $4.5 million on behalf of the Estate of a gentleman who was sexually abused while a student at Freeburg Community Consolidated School District and died by accidental overdose as a result of substance abuse disorder he developed as a result of the abuse.

Nate Brown obtained a confidential settlement against a railroad on behalf of the Estate of a young man who was struck at an unguarded railroad crossing in Southern Illinois.
